"Siel Bleu is about empowering the individual to be as strong as they can be."
Deirdre Lang, National Lead, Older Persons Services, HSE
Are you working with an older adult, a group of people living with a chronic disease, or have a patient who you think could benefit from professional exercise classes? Then you’re in the right place.
We make our programmes as inclusive as possible, and while there is no need to “refer” a person for them to join in, we understand that it might be helpful for us to advise on which type of programme is best for the individual. As such, please feel free to complete this “referral form” (this will be a link to a google form) and we will be in touch with the participant shortly.
*All Siel Bleu participants are screened through a Par-Q form prior to joining the programmes.
At Siel Bleu Ireland we work with people who cannot access traditional exercise avenues for any number of physical or cognitive reasons. Typically we work with older adults, people living with physical or intellectual disabilities and people living with chronic disease.
For individuals living at home we have three options
For more information about these options please visit “For Individuals” page.
While referrals are not strictly required, you are welcome to email referrals@sielbleu.ie with the contact information for your patient and we will be in touch with them
